Singlish world..well well well..Tom is National Day..**whoo hoo..so heres a little character about my Love - - Singapore!!

All Singaporeans noe the language --Singlish..to me..its realli nothing..and i am proud of it..people must be thinking?siao?like tt also proud..?if u are thinking like this..Mind u..u are thinking in terms of Singlish as well..Singlish is something sooooo common that when we are speaking it..we think its perfectly normal and there's nothing wrong with it!we even laugh at the way people pronounce the right words..lolz..but so wat?to me..its actualli a sense of identity and a language created by us!!we are confortable and yet..so used to it?so why not let this be official?haha.

no matter how well Singlish is spoken in Singapore, it's still Singlish, a language with a mixture of Malay, Mandrain and some dialects..we cant possibly use this special language to communicate with other foreign countries..they will laugh at us..we cant even speak English properly..so mani years of education..but our English standard are as good as their Kids in school..how ma lo can it be?but speaking back..its very hard for me to change and speaks in proper English..SO HARD..i have to admit it..i cant do it..thats explain why i flunk my English..its saddening..English is very important..Even in Polytechnic~dun underestimate the power of it..without at least a C..u can hardly go anywhere in Poly..so why not let's start speaking Proper English and communicate effectively..people whu cant..why not u join mi in speaking Chinese..rather than disgrace yourself by saying salmon as Sell mon.. :)
