wow..such a long time since i sleep so late~~it's 3 am now! my flu has been the same..haha..block nose..hmm..sometimes i wonder..why people has to get sick..bleah..i noe its part and parcel of one's life..but i cant help but think those pitiful sick person..struggling to move on their lives..that's sad..when that happened,their families members are likely to be sad and worry too~so why fall sick?the best way to prevent falling sick is to take good care of your body..its not that i am nagging..but its true..people including me..often forget to live healthy..we thought it might be jsut a few fried chickens and its harmless..you are totally wrong..the oil are being accumulating in your body..yesh..even without u noeing it~sign..
but living healthy means living sadly..why i sase so?u ahve to avoid alot of things..like fried stuffs.. (MY FAV) ..sugary stuffs..(my fav too) ..salty stuff(lucki not so much of my fav) and junk food..gross..how to do that..almost everything we had are fried..if it is not fried..it would be quite tasteless..tt y i like fried food..yummy..
i also love soda..i love chips especially Lays, i love popcorn,super ring, pizza, bake rice, burgers, fries, chicken rice, roti prata, pringles, onion rings, chicken chop, pork chop (esp chong pang), nasi lemak, rojak, ice-cream, cheesecake, biscuits, laksa, and the list goes on..haha
and u just tell me..how to live healthy?
